Do I pay once or for every generate click?
Once per tender document. Pay €19.99 and that tender is unlocked permanently. Regenerate individual responses or use "Generate All" as many times as you like — no extra charges.
What if I upload multiple tenders?
Each tender document is priced separately at €19.99. You can upload and analyse as many tenders as you want for free. Only pay when you want AI responses for a specific one.
Is there a subscription?
No subscription. No monthly fee. You pay per tender when you need it. If you're doing a lot of tenders each month, €19.99 per submission is significantly cheaper than a consultant's hourly rate.
What kind of documents does it support?
PDF, Word (.docx), and plain text files up to 20MB. Works with ITTs (Invitation to Tender), RFPs, grant applications, and any procurement document with defined requirements.
How is it personalised to my company?
Upload your company documents — past project case studies, certifications, policies, staff CVs — to the knowledge base. TenderAI injects this context into every generated response so answers reflect your actual company, not generic text.
What happens to my documents?
Documents are stored securely in our database and used only to generate responses for your account. We never share your tender content with other users or third parties.
